Copycat Starbucks Banana Bread Recipe

Copycat Starbucks Banana Bread Recipe –  One of our favorite treats when we stop for coffee but between the high coffee prices and the price of a slice of yumminess, you could go broke.

I have been playing with various recipes for banana bread for a long time. And many of them are delicious but they don’t really taste like Starbucks. Then one day I found this recipe that said it was actually from Starbucks. So I figured I would give it a try.

Copycat Starbucks Banana Bread Recipe is very, very close to what we usually get at Starbucks . It is very moist and full of flavor.

And it is simple to make. Simple and delicious. You can’t get much better than that now can you?!

The first thing you do is mix the flour, baking soda and salt in a small to medium size bowl. Then you mix the egg, sugar and oil  in another bowl. In another bowl mash bananas and add vanilla and milk.  Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients. Then add the banana mixture.

Stir everything together until well mixed.   This is when you can add the walnuts if your using them. I don’t add them. I don’t really care for nuts in my food so I leave them out.

Then pour mixture into a well greased loaf pan.

This banana bread recipe is simple to make, packed with banana and is delicious plain, with nuts or add some chocolate chips or peanut butter chips for a special treat.

If you want the true Starbucks experience, add nuts to the dough and sprinkle on top as well.

I think this banana bread taste best a day or two after it is made. The flavors meld together .
