This Old Fashioned Cheesy Potato Soup is an easy, rustic potato cheese soup with a twist. We combine cheddar cheese with nacho cheese for an extra kick of zesty flavor!
– Onion – Celery – Carrots – Broccoli – Potatoes – Butter – Half and half – Cheddar cheese – Nacho cheese or Cheese Whiz – Green onion
To make a creamy vegetable soup, boil water with chicken bouillon, onion, celery, carrots, broccoli, and potatoes until the potatoes are soft (about 10 minutes).
Add butter, half and half, cheddar cheese, and nacho cheese to the pot. Bring to a soft boil and simmer for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the soup in small bowls, topped with green onions, and enjoy with a fresh dinner roll.
