In a stand mixer, combine butter and cream cheese. Add sugars, salt, baking powder, and cream of tartar, cream until fluffy.

Mix in egg and vanilla extract. Add flour, mix until combined. Fold in cookies and cream mix-ins.

Scoop dough onto prepared sheets, flatten slightly. Bake for 8-10 minutes until edges are set. Cool on baking sheet before removing.
