STRAWBERRY SWIRL CHEESECAKE

This Strawberry Swirl Cheesecake takes the classic fruit flavor that we usually find on top of our cheesecake and puts it right into the batter! It’s swirled with sweet homemade strawberry puree.

– Graham cracker crumbs – Cream cheese – Heavy whipping cream – Strawberries – Sugar

Ingredients

Make the crust by pulsing graham crackers, sugar, melted butter, and salt in a food processor. Press into the pan and bake.

For the cheesecake filling, cream softened cream cheese until fluffy. Add sugar and flour gradually, then mix in heavy cream, eggs, and vanilla extract.

For the strawberry swirl, heat fresh strawberries, sugar, and cornstarch until soft, then puree and strain.

Pour half of the cheesecake batter into the crust, dollop and swirl half of the strawberry puree, repeat with remaining batter and puree.
