This Homemade Pasta Sauce and Meatballs with Sausage is a classic Italian dish that is perfect for any family dinner.

– ground beef – sausage link – breadcrumbs – grated Parmesan cheese – large eggs – Italian sausage links

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, sausage (casing removed), breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, parsley, onion, garlic salt, eggs, onion soup mix, and pepper.

Shape into 1 to 1.5-inch meatballs using an ice cream scoop, place on a baking sheet spaced apart, along with sausages. Bake; transfer to simmering sauce.

In a large pot, heat olive oil, cook onions until soft, add garlic, sauté, then add crushed tomatoes, oregano, garlic salt, pepper, sugar, if using.
