These Homemade Hawaiian Rolls are a crowd favorite at any family gathering or holiday dinner. They are soft, buttery, and slightly sweet, making them the perfect side dish for any meal.

Ingredients

– pineapple juice – instant dry yeast – granulated sugar – salted butter – vanilla extract – large eggs – bread flour

Warm pineapple juice in the microwave, then stir in 2 tablespoons of sugar and yeast, and let bloom for 5 minutes.

Mix in the remaining sugar, melted butter, vanilla, eggs, and egg yolks, followed by flour until the dough is no longer sticky.
