Baked Smothered Chicken – Baked Smothered Chicken is an incredibly easy and delicious one-pan, baked chicken dinner recipe!
Baked Smothered Chicken – Just the words smothered make me drool!! I love anything smothered . I mean let’s face it. If its smothered in something good then it will be even better than if it wasn’t smothered right?!
So I make this the easy way by grilling chicken breasts the night before on the grill when my husband has the grill going anyways. Just reheat it and you will have a quick meal.
I’m all about keeping things easy. I always bake my bacon and have extra in the fridge along. Bacon makes everything taste better. You can add it to so many things and it will change a dish up and make it seem like a completely different dish.
Baked Smothered Chicken really is such a simple and delicious dish. We have this at least every other week now. And if you grill up or cook extra chicken breasts and freeze them this dish is almost a no brainer.
