Cinnamon Blondies are a favorite around here. The first time we made them they were a big hit. They are soft and ooey gooey chewy in the middle. The brown sugar and butter really make such a big difference in these bars. They are thick and so delicious.
You only need a few ingredients for these bars. All the more reason to love them!!
If you need a quick and easy dessert any time of year this is a perfect dessert. It is amazing for the holidays since it is so quick you can whip it up in no time when you need a last minute dessert.

These Cinnamon Blondies have only 7 ingredients in them. They are as simple as you can get. Let me show how how simple they are to make! First start by preheating your oven to 350 degrees. In a 4 quart saucepan cook and stir 4 cups brown sugar and 1 1/3 cups butter over medium heat until smooth.
Meanwhile line a 9 x 13 in baking pan with foil, extending the foil over the edges. Grease the foil. (I use baking spray).
In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, and baking soda.
Stir in eggs and vanilla into brown sugar mixture. Stir in flour mixture. Spread in prepared pan. Bake for 45 minutes.

Ingredients
- 4 cups brown sugar, packed
- 1 ⅓ cups butter
- 1 tbsp cinnamon
- 4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 4 eggs
- 1 tbsp vanilla
Topping
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp butter, melted
Instructions
- 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a 4 quart saucepan cook and stir brown sugar and butter over medium heat about 6 minutes or until melted and smooth. cool 10 minutes. 2.Meanwhile line a 9 x 13 inch baking pan 1ith foli, extending the foil over the edges. Grease foil. In a medium bowl stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon. stir eggs and vanilla into brown sugar mixture. Stir in flour mixture. Spread in prepared pan. 3. Bake 45 minutes. Cool slightly in pan on a wire rack. Cool completely. Melt butter and brush over the top of blondies then sprinkle the cinnamon sugar over the top. Use foil to lift uncut bars out of pan. Cut into bars Makes 36 bars.
