Cranberry Cream Cheese Spread

This Cranberry Cream Cheese Spread is creamy, zesty, and full of pecan pecans. It makes a great appetizer for your holiday parties.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup dried cranberries
  • cup dried mango
  • ¼ cup caramelized candied ginger
  • ¼ cup pecans
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

Instructions

  • Chop the cranberries, mango, ginger and pecans into small pieces.
  • Add them to a medium sized bowl.
  • Zest an orange and add it to the bowl.
  • Slice the orange in half and squeeze about 2 tablespoons of juice into the bowl of fruit.
  • Add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly to combine.
  • Serve with your favorite bread, crackers or pretzels!
