Cranberry Cream Cheese Spread

- zester or microplane
- juicer
Ingredients
- 8 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup dried cranberries
- ⅓ cup dried mango
- ¼ cup caramelized candied ginger
- ¼ cup pecans
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
Instructions
- Chop the cranberries, mango, ginger and pecans into small pieces.
- Add them to a medium sized bowl.
- Zest an orange and add it to the bowl.
- Slice the orange in half and squeeze about 2 tablespoons of juice into the bowl of fruit.
- Add the cream cheese and mix thoroughly to combine.
