Oven Roasted Broccoli
Oven Roasted Broccoli – Super tender with slightly charred tips, this oven roasted broccoli is healthy, easy to make and goes with everything! Oven roasted veggies taste so much better than boiled or steamed to me. And I like the idea of tossing some olive oil and garlic, sea salt and pepper and tossing in the oven.
I do this with cauliflower, carrots , squash, and just about any other veggie you can think of too. Sometimes I add a herb for different flavors but most of the time just this simple recipe is good as it is accompanying a dish that may be full of flavor. So simple is best.
Oven Roasted Broccoli is a great side dish in the summer when your doing all your magic on the grill too. It is delicious hot or cold. I will sometimes make this in the morning and wrap it in foil. We serve it either room temp or I tup it on the grill while it’s in the foil for just a few minutes to warm it up. Honestly any way we serve it, we love it. It’s so simple yet so good. I love to dip it in some ranch or honey mustard dressing for a little change too.
Enjoy this delicious simple broccoli recipe!
