APPLE PIE MONKEY BREAD

This Apple Pie Monkey Bread is a delicious twist on the classic monkey bread recipe. It’s made with tender biscuit dough, diced apples, cinnamon sugar, and a creamy caramelized glaze.

– peeled and diced apples – brown sugar – ground cinnamon – granulated sugar – refrigerator biscuits

Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 12-cup bundt pan. In a small bowl, mix apples with ¼ cup brown sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon. In a large bowl, whisk together granulated sugar and 2 teaspoons cinnamon.

Cut biscuit dough into 4 pieces each and toss in the cinnamon sugar. Layer 1/3 of the apples and biscuit pieces in the bundt pan, repeating until all are added.

In a small bowl, combine ingredients for the sauce and pour over the biscuits. Bake at 350°F for 50-60 minutes, covering with foil if the top gets too dark. Cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then turn out onto a plate and serve warm.
