CHOCOLATE RASPBERRY TART

This Chocolate Raspberry Tart is the ultimate dessert. Fresh raspberries and cream filling lay on top of a chocolate graham cracker crust.

– Raspberry jam – Cream cheese – Heavy cream – Powdered sugar – Vanilla – Fresh lemon juice – Fresh raspberries

Grind graham crackers in a food processor. Mix crumbs with sugar, cocoa powder, and melted butter. Press into a 9” tart pan and freeze.

Beat cream cheese until smooth, then add heavy cream, powdered sugar, vanilla, and lemon juice and beat.

Spread jam on crust, then carefully spoon cream cheese mixture on top. Refrigerate then place raspberries upside down on the surface.
