DEVIL’S FOOD CUPCAKES

These Devil’s Food Cupcakes are a rich and decadent dessert that is perfect for any special occasion. Fluffy chocolate cake topped with creamy buttercream frosting these cupcakes have an intense chocolate flavor that will satisfy even the biggest chocoholics.

– cocoa powder – chocolate chips – boiling water – buttermilk – cake flour – baking soda – salt – brown sugar

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees; in a small bowl, combine cocoa powder and chocolate chips, pour boiling water over them and whisk until smooth, then add buttermilk; in a large bowl, beat brown sugar, white sugar, oil, eggs, and vanilla.

In another bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, and salt; alternate adding flour and chocolate mixtures to the sugar mixture until combined; fill lined cupcake tray halfway and bake for 18 minutes; for frosting, beat powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and half of the heavy cream until smooth

Then gradually add more cream until creamy; transfer part of the frosting to a bag with a 1D tip and set aside; add red food coloring to remaining frosting, place in a bag with a 1B tip, pipe onto cooled cupcakes in a circular pattern, and decorate with gold sugar beads.
