This Dijon Grilled Chicken is a simple and flavorful dish that is perfect for any summer barbecue or weeknight dinner.

– Chicken tenderloins  – Dijon mustard – Shallot  – Honey – Olive oil – Freshly squeezed lemon juice

Whisk together mustard, lemon juice, honey, diced shallot, olive oil, herbs, salt, and pepper in a small bowl.

Reserve half of the mixture. Marinate chicken in the remaining mixture in a large bowl or bag, refrigerating for at least one hour or overnight.

Preheat grill to medium-high heat, then grill chicken for 8-10 minutes, flipping once, until fully cooked or internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
