MELTING POTATOES RECIPE

You don’t need any fancy ingredients so you may not even need to go to the grocery store.

– Potatoes – Melted butter – Broth – Fresh thyme

Peel and slice potatoes into ½” thick slices. Toss potatoes with melted butter, thyme, salt, and pepper. Arrange in a single layer on a baking tray.

Bake the potatoes until golden brown. Meanwhile, mix lemon juice, grated garlic, and broth.

Flip potatoes, pour garlic/lemon mixture over them, and bake.

Serve sprinkled with extra thyme if desired and enjoy!
