NUTELLA TART

This Nutella Tart is rich, delicious, and loaded with the classic Nutella flavors of chocolate and hazelnuts. It’s an absolutely decadent dessert that looks fancy but is actually incredibly easy to make.

– Butter  – Flour – Salt – Ice cold water – Nutella – Heavy whipping cream – Butter – Toasted hazelnuts for garnish

To make the crust, combine chilled butter, flour, and salt in a mixing bowl until it resembles small crumbs. Add water gradually until the dough forms a ball. Refrigerate if the dough is soft. Roll out the dough on a floured surface to fit a 9” tart pan.

Place the dough in the pan, trim edges, cover with parchment paper, add baking weights, and bake for 15-20 minutes. Remove parchment and weights, bake for 5-10 more minutes until lightly browned. Cool completely.

For Nutella filling, heat heavy cream, Nutella, and butter in a saucepan until melted and well incorporated. Pour into the cooled crust and refrigerate for 4 hours.

Optional whipped cream: Beat heavy whipping cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla until peaks form. Decorate the tart with whipped cream, and sprinkle with toasted hazelnuts.
