OATMEAL SCOTCHIE COOKIES

Oatmeal Scotchie Cookies take a rich, chewy oatmeal cookie base and infuse it with the rich flavors of cinnamon and butterscotch to create delicious cookies that are perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

– Cinnamon – Butter  – Sugar – Brown sugar – Large egg – Vanilla extract – Old-fashioned oats – Butterscotch chips

Whisk together flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Cream butter, sugars, egg, and vanilla in a large bowl.

Gradually add in the dry mixture, then stir in oats and butterscotch chips.

Scoop into 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoon-sized balls and place on an ungreased cookie sheets. Bake for 7-9 minutes until edges brown.
