OOEY GOOEY CINNAMON ROLL CAKE

This Ooey Gooey Cinnamon Roll Cake is everything the name implies. Tender, moist cake with a cinnamon filling swirl is topped with a simple vanilla glaze for a delicious dessert that’s equal parts cake and cinnamon roll!

– Flour – Sugar – Baking powder – Eggs – Vanilla extract – Milk – Staled butter

Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a 9×13 baking dish. In a large bowl, mix 3 cups flour, 1 cup sugar, 4 tsp baking powder, 2 eggs, 2 tsp vanilla extract, and 1 1/2 cup milk. Slowly add 1/2 cup melted butter.

Spread batter into the dish. In a separate bowl, combine 3/4 cup softened butter, 1 cup brown sugar, 2 tbsp flour, and 1 tbsp cinnamon. Drop mixture into batter and swirl with a knife. Bake for 35-40 minutes.

For the glaze, whisk 2 cups powdered sugar, 5 tbsp milk, and 1 tsp vanilla extract. Pour over warm cake. Slice and serve. Enjoy!
