These Puff Pastry Pizza Pockets are an easy and delicious appetizer or snack that is perfect for any occasion. Made with store-bought puff pastry and your favorite pizza toppings, these pizza pockets are sure to be a hit with everyone.
– frozen puff pastry – pizza sauce – pepperoni slices – shredded mozzarella cheese – egg – water – Italian seasoning blend
To make pizza pockets, preheat the oven to 400°F and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper. Cut one puff pastry sheet into 6 equal rectangles.
Spoon pizza sauce onto the center of each rectangle, keeping it away from the edges. Add three pepperoni slices and shredded mozzarella on top. Brush water on the edges, then cut the remaining puff pastry into 6 rectangles and place them over the filled ones.
Press down edges to seal and use a fork for reinforcement. Whisk egg with water, brush over the pockets, and sprinkle with Italian seasoning. Bake at 400°F for 18-20 minutes until golden brown. Cool slightly before serving.
