SLOW COOKER BROWN SUGAR PORK CHOPS

Slow Cooker Brown Sugar Pork Chops are a sweet, zingy dish loaded with brown sugar and garlic. They’re the perfect weeknight meal with mashed potatoes and some steamed veggies!

– Bone-in pork chops  – Salt – Pepper – Vegetable oil – Garlic  – Brown sugar

To prepare pork chops in a slow cooker, heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium to high heat. Season the pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides, then sear them on both sides for 2-3 minutes until browned.

Transfer the pork chops to the slow cooker, spread garlic over them, and sprinkle brown sugar on top. Cook on low for 6 hours, and your dish is ready to enjoy!
