This White Chocolate Raspberry Fudge is the perfect sweet treat for any occasion. The combination of creamy white chocolate and tart raspberry flavor creates a deliciously rich fudge that is sure to be a crowd-pleaser.
– White chocolate chips – Sweetened condensed milk – Coconut oil – Raspberry oil or raspberry extract – Pink food coloring – Sprinkles
In a medium sized saucepan, place the white chocolate chips, condensed milk, coconut oil and raspberry oil over low heat.
Stirring frequently until the chocolate has completely melted. Add in one drop of food coloring at a time until you reach the desired color of pink
Pour into a pan that’s been lined with parchment paper. Smooth the top and add the sprinkles.
Allow the pan to cool to room temperature before chilling an hour in the refrigerator before slicing into squares.
