WHITE CHOCOLATE VALENTINE FUDGE

This easy white chocolate fudge really does make for the perfect Valentine’s Day dessert and is also great for giving as gifts. It’s beautiful, delicious, cheap, and simple — where could you go wrong?!

– White chocolate chips – Sweetened Condensed milk – Pinch of salt – Red Food coloring – Vanilla extract – Valentines Sprinkles

Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper. In a large microwavable bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips, 7 oz. sweetened condensed milk (1/2 can), and a pinch of salt. Microwave in 15-second intervals, stirring until melted. Add 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2-2 1/2 drops red food coloring for desired pink color. Spread into the prepared pan and let it set for 30-45 minutes.

In another bowl, microwave the remaining white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk in 15-second intervals until melted. Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, then spread the white mixture over the pink layer. Sprinkle with sprinkles and let it cool for 2-3 hours before cutting.
