2packages3.4 ounce each instant cheesecake pudding mix
1tsp.vanilla extract
3cupsmilk
4cupssliced strawberries
Instructions
Place Oreos in a food processor and crush to fine crumbs.
Place cookie crumbs and melted butter in large bowl to combine. Press the mixture into bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish and place in the fridge so it can set up .
In a separate bowl, mix the cheesecake pudding , vanilla and milk together and whisk for 3 to 5 minutes. Place the mixture in refrigerator to set up.
In a medium bowl, beat the cream cheese, powdered sugar, and 1 cup Cool Whip until smooth. Spread evenly over the cookie crust.
Remove pudding from refrigerator and fold in 1 cup of Cool Whip, and spread over cream cheese layer.
Slice your berries and lay over pudding Leaving some for the top.
Cover and place in refrigerator at least 3-4 hours to chill before serving. Just before serving, top with fresh berries.. Store in refrigerator.
