Ingredients
3-4lbpot roast
1can Campbell's cream of golden mushroom soup
1lbwhole mushroomsquartered
4small white potatoescut into 1 inch cubes
1med onioncut into 1 inch cubes
8ozbaby carrotsor 4 carrots cut into 1 in chunks
1package brown gravyI use Knorr's brand
¼cupwater
½cupred wine. I use Shiraz or Merlotbut any red wine would be fine
3garlic clovesminced
½tspground pepper
Instructions
Cut all vegetables and place in slow cooker.
Sprinkle on brown gravy, cream of golden mushroom soup, pepper, 1/4 cup water and 1/2 cup red wine.
