Instructions

Brownies

  • Line 8 x 8 x 3 baking pan with parchment paper; let edges extend 2"on each side. Spray exposed sides with vegetable spray.
  • In a small bowl, microwave 6 ounces of chopped unsweetened chocolate squares. Microwave in 20-second increments until melted.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs until frothy. Without stirring , add in the sugar, walnuts, orange juice concentrate, and zest. Pour chocolate mixture over the top and blend in flour, mix well. Pour into the lined and greased 8" pan.
  • Bake for 40-45 minutes or until the sides start to pull away and the inserted toothpick comes out mostly clean. Brownies are very moist, so it will not come out completely clean.
