Cream Cheese Mints
These Cream Cheese Mints are a sweet delicious treat that everyone knows and loves. They're super easy and perfect for any occasion.

- 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1/4 cup of unsalted butter
- 2 Pounds powdered sugar
- Gel food coloring - aqua, purple, rose pink, lime

First, combine cream cheese and butter in a kitchen aid mixer or hand mixer and combine until smooth.
Slowly add powdered sugar and mint flavoring until completely combined and a smooth dough has formed.
Divide the mixture into 4 bowls, add gel coloring and mix with a spoon until each color is throughout the mixture.
Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Roll mixture into small 1/4" balls and place on cookie sheet.
Repeat until you have rolled out all 4 colors and then press down with a fork.
