Cheesy Kielbasa Hashbrown Casserole makes the perfect breakfast, lunch, or dinner. Loaded with delicious kielbasa sausage, potatoes, and, of course, cheese, it's a hearty, one-pot meal that's made in the slow cooker and always so delicious.

Ingredients

  • 1 32 ounce bag frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
  • 1 16 ounce package kielbasa, sliced and halved
  • 1 small white onion, finely diced
  • cup salted butter, melted
  • 2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup milk

Instructions

  • Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and toss together hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheese.
  • In a medium sized bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of chicken, and milk until smooth.
  • Pour over the hash browns and stir until combined. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and cover.
  •  Cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Serve hot.
