Ingredients
132 ouncebag frozen cubed hash browns, thawed
116 ounce package kielbasa, sliced and halved
1 small white onion, finely diced
⅓cup salted butter, melted
2 ½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 10.5 ouncecan cream of chicken soup
1cup milk
Instructions
Spray a slow cooker with non-stick cooking spray and toss together hash browns, kielbasa, onion, and 2 cups of cheese.
In a medium sized bowl, whisk together melted butter, cream of chicken, and milk until smooth.
Pour over the hash browns and stir until combined. Sprinkle with remaining cheddar cheese and cover.
Cook on HIGH for 3 hours. Serve hot.
