White Chocolate Valentine Fudge

White Chocolate Valentine Fudge is the perfect way to sweeten things up between you and your love. Easy to make, yet still wildly delicious.

Equipment

  • parchment paper
  • Microwaveable Bowl

Ingredients

  • 3 cups White Chocolate Chips
  • 1 14 oz. can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Pinch's of Salt
  • Red Food Coloring
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
  • Valentines Sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line an 8x8 pan with parchment paper and set aside. 
  • In a large microwavable bowl mix 1 1/2 cups white chocolate chips and 7 oz. ( 1/2 can) sweetened condensed milk and a pinch of salt. 
  • Microwave 15 seconds at a time stirring until chocolate is melted. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2- 2 1/2 drops red food coloring until desired pink color is reached.  
  • Spread the mixture into your prepared pan and let it set for 30-45 minutes.
  • Put the remaining white chocolate chips and the remaining sweetened condensed milk in a bowl. Microwave 15 seconds at a time until chocolate is melted.
  • Add a pinch of salt and 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract. Stir to mix. 
  • Spread the white mixture over the pink layer and sprinkle on your sprinkles. Let cool 2-3 hour before cutting.

Use different colors to make this fudge any time of year!
