Ingredients
1 box Brownie mix
½ cup All-purpose flour
1 teaspoon Instant coffee
2 Large eggs
1/3 cup Vegetable oil
½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips
½ cup Powdered sugar
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
In a large mixing bowl, add in the brownie mix, flour and instant coffee. Whisk until well combined.
Add in the eggs and vegetable oil. Mix until well incorporated. The batter will be thick.
Fold the chocolate chips into the batter. Once the chocolate chips are well incorporated, take 1-2 Tbsp. of the mixture and shape into a ball using the palm of your hands.
Add the powdered sugar into a bowl and roll around each of the batter balls into the powdered sugar until they are fully covered.
Place each ball 1in. apart onto a baking pan prepared with parchment paper.
Bake for 11-13 minutes. Once finished baking, take out of the oven and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
Serve and enjoy!
Notes
Notes:
If you prefer soft and chewy cookies, bake for 11 minutes.
Baking for 13 minutes will give a similar texture as the edge piece of a brownie.
