  • 1 teaspoon Instant coffee
  • 2 Large eggs
  • 1/3 cup Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Semi-sweet chocolate chips

  • Add the powdered sugar into a bowl and roll around each of the batter balls into the powdered sugar until they are fully covered.
  • Place each ball 1in. apart onto a baking pan prepared with parchment paper.
  • Bake for 11-13 minutes. Once finished baking, take out of the oven and allow to cool for at least 5 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!

Notes

  1. If you prefer soft and chewy cookies, bake for 11 minutes.
  2. Baking for 13 minutes will give a similar texture as the edge piece of a brownie.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
