Skillet Queso Blanco Dip

This skillet queso blanco is creamy, cheesy, and has just the right amount of heat. It's also ridiculously easy to make!

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces white American cheese chopped
  • 2 tablespoons canned green chiles with some liquid
  • 1 tablespoon pickled jalapenos with some liquid, diced
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ¼ cup heavy whipping cream

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a medium skillet or saucepan.
  • Then, heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the cheese is melted.
  • Mix well and serve warm with chips.

Notes

Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to four days.
