2CupsBrown Sugar
2Eggs
¾CupVanilla Coffee Creamer
⅔cupsVegetable Oil
FOR THE FILLING:
6ouncesCream Cheesesoftened
½cupSugar
1Egg
1teaspoonVanilla
⅓cupCaramel Sauce
Instructions
Grease and flour a 9 inch loaf pan, and set aside. Turn the oven to 350.
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, blend the Flour, Baking Powder, and Salt, with the Whisk attachment.
Add the Brown sugar, Eggs. Vanilla Coffee Creamer, and Vegetable Oil. Blend until smooth.
In a separate bowl, combine the cream cheese, Sugar, Egg, and Vanilla, and stir until smooth and creamy.
Pour half of the Bread batter in the loaf pan, and then spoon the Cream Cheese Filling in the middle of the batter.
Pour the remainder of the batter in the loaf pan, and gently swirl the filling in the center with a knife, being careful not to scrape the bottom or sides of the pan.
Pour the Caramel Sauce in long strip down the center of the pan, and swirl with the knife.
Place the loaf pan in the oven, and bake for 45 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. (There may be a little caramel or cream cheese on the toothpick, but as long as the batter is done, the bread is done baking).
Remove from the oven to a wire rack, and let the bread cool for about 15 minutes, and then remove from the loaf pan, and continue cooling on the wire rack.
When the bread is completely cool, slice in 1 inch pieces and serve with a little Caramel drizzled over the piece.
Enjoy!
