Ingredients

  • 3 ¾ cups water divided use
  • 17 ounces Jello mix (3.4 oz packages), Colors: blue, purple, yellow, green and pink
  • 1 ¼ cups milk divided
  • 2 ½ cups vanilla yogurt divided use

Instructions

  • Set out all of your dessert cups on a baking sheet.
  • Preparing the layers: For each layer you will use: 1- 3-oz gelatin package, ¾ cup boiling water, ⅓ cup of yogurt and ¼ cup milk.
  • Using 5 medium bowls (one for each color) - Pour each into bowl a package of gelatin. Add ¾ cup boiling water to each bowl, and whisk well, for about 1 minute to make sure all granules are dissolved.
  • Allow gelatin bowls to sit and cool to room temperature before adding the milk and yogurt. Once the gelatin is at room temperature add ¼ cup of milk and ½ cup of yogurt to each bowl.
  • Start with your first color and add about 2 tablespoons into each cup.
  • Refrigerate for anywhere from 15-30 minutes to allow the layer to set.
  • Repeat with remaining layers. Once all layers are done refrigerate for at least 4 hours to ensure all layers have fully set.
  • Top with whipped cream and sprinkles as desired
  • These will keep for several days covered with plastic wrap so they can be made in advance.
