French Dip Crescents

These French crescents are full of the classic flavors of roast beef and mozzarella, baked to golden perfection, and served with au jus.

Ingredients

  • ½ pound deli roast beef
  • 4 mozzarella string cheese sticks halved
  • 8 ounces crescent rolls
  • 1 ounce Au Jus mix

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line a baking sheet with foil.
  • Spray baking sheet with non-stick cooking spray and set aside.
  • Separate the crescent dough triangles and top each triangle with 2 slices of roast beef and one half piece of the string cheese.
  • Roll them up and place on a prepared baking sheet.
  • Bake for 16-18 minutes or until golden. Make Au Jus according to the package instructions. Serve crescents warm with Au Jus.
