Ingredients
1poundCubed steakcut into bite sized pieces
½cupAll purpose flour
1teaspoonGarlic powder
½teaspoonOnion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
2Large eggs
1 ½cupsPanko bread crumbs
Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
Beat together the eggs in a shallow bowl.
Mix together the all-purpose flour, garlic powder, onion powder and salt and pepper to taste in another shallow bowl.
Place the panko bread crumbs on a plate or into a shallow bowl.
Roll the steak pieces into the flour mixture, dip into the eggs and then coat in the panko bread crumbs.
Transfer the steak pieces to a pan or rack, and cook in the air fryer for 8-10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. You can turn the bites once during the cooking process if desired.
