  • rimmed baking sheet
  • medium bowl
  • aluminum foil or parchment paper

Ingredients

  • 2 large salmon filets
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.
  • Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying with cooking spray. Set aside.
  • In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise. Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
  • Place salmon filets on your prepared baking sheet.
  • Brush the mayo mixture over the filets.
  • Bake salmon for 25-30 minutes or until salmon is pink, flaky, and browned a bit on top. Bake time will depend on the thickness of your filets.
