Ingredients
1cupBoiling Water
3ouncesWatermelon Gelatin mix use a pink colored mix
β cupTequila
β cupStrawberry Margarita Mix liquid
Coarse Salt
Instructions
Boil 1 cup water in a small saucepan. Stir in watermelon gelatin powder until dissolved.
Stir in tequila and margarita mix.
Allow to cool for a few minutes (so itβs not hot enough to melt the cups) then pour the jello shot mixture into your plastic condiment cups. Chill in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
When the jello shots have completely set, dip the rims in simple syrup or corn syrup and then the salt so the rims are salted like a margarita glass.
Serve with small lime wedges on the cups, just like a margarita.
