Three Ingredient Peanut Butter Cookies

Three ingredient peanut butter cookies are easy, delicious gluten free peanut butter cookies that everyone can enjoy.

Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • Fork
  • large baking sheet

Ingredients

  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 large egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350F.
  • In a large bowl combine all three ingredients. Once fully mixed together, continue mixing for about 1 minute or until the dough comes together and can be formed into a ball.
  • Roll the dough into 24 balls. Place the dough balls on ungreased baking sheets, at least 1 inch apart.
  • Use a fork to press onto the top of each dough ball to slightly flatten and leave the imprint of the fork. Turn the fork 90 degrees and make a second imprint to create the classic peanut butter cookie look.
  • Bake the cookies at 350F for 8-10 minutes until set.
  • Cool slightly on wire cooling racks before serving.
