Three ingredient peanut butter cookies are easy, delicious gluten free peanut butter cookies that everyone can enjoy.

Ingredients
1cupcreamy peanut butter
1cupgranulated sugar
1large egg
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a large bowl combine all three ingredients. Once fully mixed together, continue mixing for about 1 minute or until the dough comes together and can be formed into a ball.
Roll the dough into 24 balls. Place the dough balls on ungreased baking sheets, at least 1 inch apart.
Use a fork to press onto the top of each dough ball to slightly flatten and leave the imprint of the fork. Turn the fork 90 degrees and make a second imprint to create the classic peanut butter cookie look.
Bake the cookies at 350F for 8-10 minutes until set.
Cool slightly on wire cooling racks before serving.
