Ingredients

  • 2 pounds Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 pound Spaghetti noodles
  • ½ Onion chopped
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • 1 Red bell pepper sliced
  • ¾ cup Honey
  • ¼ cup Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 3 teaspoons Minced garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Instructions

  • Add the chicken breasts, onions and bell pepper to the bottom of a slow cooker.
  • Mix together the soy sauce, honey, ketchup, garlic and sesame oil in a bowl until well combined.
  • Pour the sauce over the ingredients, and stir to combine.
  • Cook on high for 4 hours.
  • When the slow cooker time is almost complete, boil the noodles until done to your liking. Drain well and set aside.
  • Stir together the cornstarch and water in a bowl.
  • Pour the cornstarch mixture into the slow cooker, and stir to combine. Let sit on the warm setting until thickened.
  • Stir in the noodles, garnish with green onions and serve.
