Equipment

  • Mixing Bowl
  • ghost mold

Ingredients

  • 3.94 ounces green apple gelatin I used Sonic brand
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • ½ cup vodka or cold water
  • Black food coloring optional
  • Non-stick spray

Instructions

  • On a tray set out your molds and set aside for later.
  • In a large measuring cup with a spout or a mixing bowl with a spout add 1 cup of boiling water and your gelatin.
  • Whisk until the gelatin is all dissolved.
  • Next add in your 1/2 cup of vodka or cold water.
  • Whisk again.
  • Lightly spray the molds with non-stick spray.
  • Carefully pour the mixture into the molds.
  • Place them in the fridge for 3-4 hours or until they are set.
  • I gently pull the sides away from the bottom of the molds and then flip the mold and gently squeeze the back of the mold until they pop out. You want to be careful getting these out.
  • Keep these refrigerated until ready to serve and keep cool while serving.
  • You can take a tiny paint brush and some black food coloring to paint on the eyes and mouths.
  • Serve!
