This Oreo Brownie Trifle is layers of soft brownies, creamy pudding, and sweet whipped topping and finished off with crushed Oreos. The perfect potluck dessert!

Ingredients

  • 18.3 ounces brownie mix plus ingredients from the back (water, eggs, oil)
  • 8 ounces nstant chocolate pudding mix two 3.9 ounce boxes
  • 3 cups milk
  • 16 ounces cool whip divided
  • 13.29 ounces Oreo cookies crushed

Instructions

  • Prepare the brownies in a 9x13 inch pan, according to box directions. Allow the brownies to cool completely and cut into small squares.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together chocolate pudding mixes and milk.
  • Add ¼ of the cool whip (about 4 ounces) to the pudding mixture, and whisk to combine. Set aside.
  • To assemble the trifle, start by adding a layer of ½ of the brownies to the bottom of the bowl.
  • Then, sprinkle ⅓ of the crushed oreos over tip.
  • Spoon in about ½ of the pudding, and smooth out evenly.
  • Add half of the remaining cool whip, and smooth out evenly.
  • Add the remaining brownies in a layer.
  • Sprinkle another ⅓ of the oreos over top.
  • Layer the remaining pudding, and smooth out evenly.
  • Add the remaining cool whip, and smooth out evenly.
  • Finally, sprinkle the remaining oreos over top.
