Ingredients

  • 6 ounces ramen noodles any flavor as seasoning packets will not be used
  • 16 ounces broccoli slaw or coleslaw mix
  • 1 cup sliced toasted almonds toasted almonds
  • 3 tablespoons sesame seeds
  • ½ cup chopped green onion
  • cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ¼ cup distilled white vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil

Instructions

  • Remove seasoning packets from the ramen and crumble the noodles into small, bite sized pieces and place in a large bowl.
  • Add in the slaw mix, almonds, sesame seeds, and green onions and mix well.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together the oil, soy sauce, sugar, vinegar, garlic powder and sesame oil.
  • When ready to serve, add the dressing to the salad and stir thoroughly to coat everything with the dressing.
  • Serve immediately.
