  • 1 1/2 tbsp smoked paprika
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp sesame seed optional
  • sea salt and fresh ground pepper to taste
  • 1-2 apples depending on size
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon you can add more if you like
  • 1/4 cup butter cut into pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Mix all dry ingredients together then add olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Rub all over pork loin. Place in refrigerator overnight or at least for 2 hours.

Place in a baking dish. Slice apples and place on either side of pork loin. Sprinkle apples with cinnamon. Put pieces of butter over apples. You can also add some over pork also.

Bake for 35 minutes or so. Do not over bake or pork will dry out!
