Lemon Garlic Tilapia

Lemon Garlic Tilapia - This  Lemon Garlic Tilapia takes all of 10 minute of preparation time before you pop it in the oven. It makes the perfect weeknight meal!

  • 4 tilapia fliets
  • 3 tbsp butter, melted
  • 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2-3 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 tsp dried parsley flakes
  • salt and pepper to tast
  • fresh lemon slices
  • 1 tbsp olive oil


  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Spray a baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.

    Rinse tilapia fillets under cool water, and pat dry with paper towels. Making sure it is fully dry.

    Place fillets in the baking dish. Pour lemon juice over fillets, Sprinkle with dried parsley.

     In a saucepan melt butter, olive oil and add garlic. Let cook a couple of minutes  then drizzle butter on top. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place some cut lemon slices over fish fillets.

    Bake in preheated oven until the fish is white and flakes. Normally this takes about 15-20 minutes. do not over bake!
