1. Line a 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in intervals of 30 until completely melted
3. Stir in mini marshmallows until completed coated
4. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish
5. Sprinkle the M&M's onto the top of the mixture and lightly press down
6. Place into the fridge for 2 hours to allow it to set
7. Cut into 2 inch squares and enjoy!
