Ingredients
1cupunsalted sweet cream butter, softened
2cupssugar
4large eggs
2tsppure vanilla extract
4 ¾cupsflour
1tspkosher salt
1tspbaking soda
2containers of Wilton springtime pearlized jimmies
1bag of Wilton pink heart sprinkles
Frosting ingredients
2cupsunsalted sweet cream butter, softened
3 ½ cups powdered sugar
2tsppure vanilla extract
3-5tspheavy whipping cream
pink gel food coloring
small angled spatula
Instructions
1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees and line a 9x13 baking dish with parchment paper2.Using a standing mixer, cream together the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in the eggs and vanilla3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, salt, and baking soda. Gradually mix in to the wet ingredients4. Fold in one container of sprinkles into the dough. 5. Scoop dough into the prepared baking dish and lightly flatten with your hands6. Place into the oven and bake for 20-30 minutes or until lightly golden brown7. Remove from oven and allow to cool completelyFrosting directions :1.Using a standing mixer, beat together the butter, powdered sugar, vanilla, and heavy whipping cream.2.Beat on medium speed until smooth and stiff peaks form3.Beat in a few drops of pink food coloring until combined4.Using a angled spatula, frost the top of the cookie bars5.Sprinkle with the remaining sprinkles6.Cut into bars and enjoy!
