No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Pie

This No Bake Lemon Cheesecake Pie is so creamy and bursting with fresh flavors. Sweet and tart the lemon flavor is ahh-mazing!

  • 2 8 oz cream cheese

  • 1/2 cup  frozen lemonade concentrate

  • 1/2 cup cool whip

  • 2 tbsp fresh lemon juice

  • small box of lemon instant pudding

  • 5 oz.  evaporated milk

  • zest from one large lemon


  1. 1. Beat lemon pudding and evaporated milk together for 2 minutes, then mix in zest.

    2. In another bowl, beat cream cheese for 3 minutes then add lemon juice, cool whip and frozen lemonade.

    3. Then add pudding mixture into cream cheese mixture and beat until creamy and mixed well.

    4. Place into a ready made graham cracker crust, chill in fridge for 4+ hours and enjoy. 

Recipe Notes

Make sure pie is completely chilled and set before cutting and serving.
