Grilled Chicken Breast

This Grilled Chicken Breast recipe is a staple for cookouts and barbecues! Perfectly tender, juicy and full of flavor.

  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 3 tbsp. Worcestershire Sauce
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 tbsp. fresh oregano, minced or 2 teaspoons dried oregano
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, minced and lightly packed or 4 teaspoons dried parsley
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil, minced and lightly packed or 4 teaspoons dried basil
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts


  1. Add lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce to medium bowl

  2. Whisk in olive oil

  3. Mince garlic and add to bowl

  4. Whisk in salt and pepper

  5. Cut herbs and add to the bowl

  6. Whisk together until well combined

  7. Add chicken to large bowl and pour marinade over

  8. Refrigerate at least 2 hours, up to 8 hours

  9. Remove chicken from marinade

  10. Heat grill to medium high heat

  11. Place chicken on grill for 7-8 minutes, depending on the thickness of chicken breast, turn and continue cooking for 7-8 minutes until no pink remains and chicken is 165 degrees F with an internal thermometer.

  12. Let chicken rest up to 5 minutes before slicing and serving
