This Hummingbird Bundt Cake Recipe is a delicious bundt cake version of the classic Southern layer cake. This amazing cake is bursting with bananas, pineapple and pecans. And delicious with a cream cheese glaze.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 8 oz. canned crushed pineapple, with liquid
  • 1 cup pecans, chopped
  • 2 bananas, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Mix the dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Add in the wet ingredients and stir until well combined. Mix in bananas and pecans.

  3. Spray a bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Pour batter into the pan and bake for 60-65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the cake comes out clean.
