M&M Sugar Cookie Fudge
This M&M Sugar Cookie Fudge is easy and quick not to mention super delicious! Perfect for gifts or as a dessert this is a must make treat!
Servings 16 Pieces
Ingredients
- 24 ounces of White Chocolate - melted
- 12 smashed Sugar Cookies (home made, or store bought)
- 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk - 14 ounce
- 1 bag of Red and Green M & M's
- Christmas Sprinkle Mix
- 1 11-12 ounce package of White Chocolate chips
Instructions
- Melt the White Chocolate in the microwave at 15 second intervals, and stir until smooth.
- Place the Sugar Cookies in a food processor, and pulse them until they're fine crumbs, and add to the melted chocolate.
- Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, and stir until completely blended.
- Spray an 8 X 8 pan with Cooking Spray, and then line the bottom of the pan with Parchment paper.
- Pour the Fudge into the pan, and spread to smooth, with a Spatula.
- Sprinkle the M & M's on top, White Chocolate chips, and sprinkle the Christmas Sprinkle Mix on top of the Fudge.
- Place the Fudge in the refrigerator overnight.
- When ready to serve, cut in 1 inch pieces, serve, and Enjoy!
