Frozen S'mores

These Frozen S'mores combine the flavors of s'mores and the fun of ice cream sandwiches into one super treat that everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1 small box (3.4 oz.) instant chocolate pudding 
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 15 graham crackers
  • 7 ounce marshmallow creme
  • 4 ounce cream cheese softened
  • 8 ounce whipped topping  - thawed

Instructions

  1. Prepare by lining a 9x13 pan with parchment paper. 

  2. In a medium size mixing bowl whisk milk and pudding mix until smooth and fully combined. Pour pudding mixture into 9x13 pan and spread evenly.

  3. In a medium bowl, beat marshmallow cream and cream cheese until smooth. Gently fold the whipped topping into the marshmallow mixture.

  4.  Spread marshmallow layer over chocolate pudding layer. Cover with foil

  5. Freeze for about 6 hours, until firm enough to cut through the layers.  

  6. Remove smores mix from the pan using the parchment paper. 

  7. Break graham crackers in half.  Slice smores layers into 15 squares so they are the same size as the graham crackers.  I found it easiest to lay the graham crackers on top of the frozen layers and cut using the cracker as a guide for the size.

  8. These are best stored in the freezer.  Enjoy!
